Don't trust ACC if they say they will reimburse you, get it in writing before you get treatment for your injury.Because they LIE! Nearly everybody I know who has a dealing with ACC has had trouble getting reimbursed. I wish I had listened to them.

I had a family members birthday there... the service was great but the food was very very average. The salad looked like something from mac donalds, warm mains and icey icecream with pams chocolate sauce. Not impressed!!

You made my move from Vodafone to Telecom Mobile a nightmare. Why did you tell me the wrong price, not tell me the right plan, not give me the right credit on my phone account, take longer to port my number when you made me think it would be set up in hours, and why did I have to go into the store to get my credit fixed? Please get some staff trained and over the age of 18.

Their customer service sucks, in fact they do not have a clue about customer service, and I suspect their account managers hate working there. They can never get anything right the first time.

Where ever you see there car parked you can guarantee that it will be in a disabled carpark, yet they do not have a disabled card nor do the employees look disabled in any way, this sucks that they get away with it and when you complain they just ignore you and carry on doing it.

Stop advertising Steinlager Pure as being free of additives and preservatives! Normal Steinlager is also free of additives and preservatives - it says so on the bottle. So please don't invent a point of difference to market this beer under - just admit it tastes different and that's the only difference.

I went to Harvey Norman to buy a laptop and no one wanted to help. I was there for about 20 minutes in the computer section. In the end I went to Powerstore where I got excellent service from a tall guy in glasses who really knew his stuff. Best advice is never buy from Harvey Norman, their staff are substandard. The Laptop cost me $356 more though, but worth it because of the salesperson.

Cycle Science I had wonderful service at this store. I found them to be friendly, extremely helpful and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back.
