DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU SIGN A CONTRACT FOR A YEAR AND IF YOU DO NOT CALL AND CANCEL YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY SIGNED UP FOR ANOTHER YEAR??? I had never heard of this! I had called months ago to get a smaller dumpster because the prices just kept climbing up. I could not even change the dumpster size because I was under contract.

1. Called 0800 number, got a message saying "thanks for calling, goodbye". 2. Called 0800 number, got a lady in Egypt who directed me to a non-existent website, then said there were technical problems and she could not help me, goodbye. 3. Online help - got automated response imeediately, still waiting for actual response 17 days later. Cannot log back on to online help unless I request my "forgotten" password. Happily I have resolved the original problem myself!

you took my money and booked my wedding. said you'd give me a quote. 11 months later, two days before the wedding, i get it. two days later you charge me an extra two hundred dollars because the first quote was 'wrong'. said you'd give me a receipt when i picked up my order. the flowers looked shitty and fell apart. the arrangements were tiny and pathetic. you whined when we returned your stupid vases two hours late. eleven months later I STILL HAVE NO RECEIPT. fourteen hundred dollars wasted. i wouldn't recommend you even to someone i hated.

The majority of your checkout operators customer service skills need some serious polishing up. I know it isn't easy or the most fun job but a smile and some sort of pleasant greeting or acknowledgement shouldn't be too much to ask, not just you quoting me the price and snatching my money.

I'm not sure what the processes are in store but when you say you're a 24hr drive thru yes I'm going to be pissed off when you try to give me some lame line like 'sorry, we're warming the grills up, it usually takes about fifty minutes....' fully knowing I'm going to drive somewhere else so you can continue SITTING ON YOUR ASSES DOING NOTHING. Twice in six months? Pah. Subway, eat fresh.

Came home on a 12:30am flight and decided to grab big mac on way home from airport (about a block from airport). I've never been reminded so much about bad service in NZ as this. Lacked motivation and or caring and everything just seemed too hard for them. If you don't like your nightshift job then resign and go back to your dole queue so someone who wants a job can do it better.
