Ok, so why are the kebabs so expensive. 15 for a kebab combo, the samosas are usually cold in the middle and the kebabs are always luke warm.

Went to the one in Mt Eden and wanted that little plastic frame around the stereo. Apparently it was just cheaper to buy a brand new stereo at $220 than to get the little thing by itself. BULL. We hopped over to Car Audio Specialists on the shore and they gave us one for free! Spot on.

Tacky, fake, snooty and elitist. You are certainly not higher than me because you earn minimum wage and have an eating disorder, so don't act like it. Maybe a take a page from the Aussie stores and you'll know what customer service really is. I will be shopping online from now on.

You used to be cool but I think you've hit the too big for your boots strategy. Used to have super friendly staff, now you feel like you are almost inconveniencing them when you come in an order food. Having gotten home twice now to figure out I was over-charged, third time I checked my bill instore and sure enough I was overcharged again. The sushi attendent then seemed to pretend to look baffled as to how this could have happened? You're off my lunch circuit Bonzai

So why is it that when my contract expires and I should be on a better plan that will save me over 100. I have to ring up and ask why my bill is so high to be told that there is another plan that's cheaper that I should be on. Then I get told that Vodafone have a 'lot of customers and the responsibility is on me as their customer to regularly check their plans and for me to change them'. And to be told that not everyone wants to automatically be changed to an identical plan or a plan that offers more value for less cost. No, who would want to change to a cheaper better plan?? Customer service at it's finest Vodafone. Well done! You've created another unhappy customer who will jump ship at the first site of a new cellular network in NZ.

Though I've only been involved with textiles and dressmaking for a good 12 years, it doesn't take a veteran to know a decent amount about fabric stores and I've never met a more self minded bunch who are lazy, unhelpful and unwilling to go out of their way for a customer. I've been to some shocking stores both here and abroad, but this takes the cake. Product? Perfect. But it doesn't take a mastermind to cut fabric with sharp scissors... etc etc. Bottom line, you have lost my business.

CW2000 on Richmond Rd, Auckland These guys are so awesome, when my mac broke down they came to my rescue by renting me one and then selling it to me. I am about to rent a laptop for a week and it's only $10 a day. If you have a business and need a mac, go to these guys, they rule!!!!!

When the credit card payment machine bunged up and charged my card three times for the same fee, all it took was one quick call to the friendly carpark and my money was instantly refunded. This is a world of difference to Wilsons Carparks, who take months and multiple phone calls and letters to refund a mistake by their useless system, and are rude and unhelpful while doing so.
