Just received my first Vodafone mobile phone bill that uses the new layout. There are some improvements to the content but the layout, fonts, style (etc) are, I think, truly awful. Clearly designed by someone with no creative talent whatsoever. That a large part of the first page is reserved for Vodafone advertisements, with the billing information squashed to the side, speaks volumes about Vodafone's attitude to its customers.

I just got back from overseas, while on roaming I couldn't receive any calls, so I had to ring people up. Vodafone charged me $5 per minute. When I checked my balance it would tell me it was at $40 . At the end of the month my bill suddenly jumped to $1500. My phone has a limit so it shouldn't allow me to go over $500 in a month before I have to pay the bill. To top it off I was away for 2 months, none of my free minutes were credited against my bill. Thanks Vodafone. I can't wait for a new network to appear and I can ditch you guys!!!! Should I try and go to small claims court?

I called asking to switch over the NAME on the gas account. They transfer electricity for the property into my name. I have to call 3 times before they say they can fix it (move electricity back to the previous provider). I am told not to worry and that they will sort everything out...2 weeks later i get a bill for $300!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I went to Rever Bar on Saturday Night (30/05/2009). When our group of four arrived the bar seemed 1/4 fill and the atmosphere was nice. THen the DJ came on he started playing his music really loud - it was honestly sounding crap - the speakers were not coping. There was hardly noone dancing and not many did - i think that they need to turn the music down a bit - you shouldnt have to yell to cvonverse with your mates.

So I've sampled the curry here and it's normally pretty good. Last night we ordered 3 curries takeaway. They told us 20 minutes it took 45, then when I received the order there was only one rice for 3 curries. For a $60 order this seemed pretty stingy so I asked for another rice. The owner came back with a small rice was about to give it to me and said "It's cold, do you have a microwave at home?" I said "What did you just say?" he then went away and I watched him heat it up in the mircowave. Granted it is only rice but for a $60 meal from a restaurant I expect fresh. If this is what they did with the rice what did they do with the rest of the meal?

Woosh's service though not 100% guaranteed exceeds most expectations since its the only company that actually cares about its customers. Most companies like Vodafone, Telecom, and Telstra Clear dont know what customer service means, for them their CSRs want to finish on time, worry about call time, Woosh on the other hand finishes at 9pm but CSRs stay on the phone till 9:30 - 10:00pm talking to customers. I would like to name one CSR, Farzan who helped me sort out my problem till 10pm although I guess he figured out that I didnt know much about what I was doing, he was kind enough to come down to my level and explain everything I needed to do. Thank you Woosh for hiring such good people and having them there to help people like me. Technologically Challenged

Ok. So Orcon configured my new broadband onto the wrong jackpoint. I gave up trying after 4 days trying to configure it. Then went away for 2 weeks. Come back and now they are trying to charge me for 2 weeks internet when it wasn't even connected and they put it on the wrong jackpoint. WTF... I thought you guys were cool. And this is my first month with you guys. Should I switch back to Vodafone?
