So I went with a bunch of mates to Showgirls in Auckland one night mid week. It's $20 to get in, and thats okay, but the girls were bitchy, and the dancing was pretty poor to say the least. I know its a strip club, but yeah.

I used to love these guys... fast, cheap, and great thai food. What more could you want... the owner used to know me by name... then they got all popular... and too cool for school. 40 minutes for my last takeway order... no sorry about the wait... no personalised goodbye... When businesses get too busy to maintain the level of customer service that got them their in the first place it's the beginning of their end

Why do big companies like Telecom get away with sneaking in little "setup fees" onto your bill. They don't tell you about them, then swear black and blue that on their conversation notes it says "told customer about $149 setup fee". If I go to the dairy, they don't add a "handling fee" onto my 2L of Anchor Blue top for putting it in a bag, so who should corporations be allowed to get away with it

Fuel is expensive enough, so no, I don't want the specials. Even when I say I don't want them, you still manage to slip it in there before I hand over my card, "special?" And FlyBuys, don't get me started on FlyBuys.

It's 2AM at Queen st. Mcd's, and the entire staff are acting like it's first night on the job. Orders were backing up. 20 minutes later my buddy and I got our food and taxied home. We both ordered exactly the same meals but my 2 burgers had no meat patties. We taxied back to mcd's, I stormed up to the conter and asked how this was possible, no apology given and I could tell they'd knowingly given me this order. The manager refused to give me a discount or refund on my order. I'll never go back there again!!

What Vodafone don't tell you is that while overseas using global roaming your blackberry clocks up $200 worth of 3g international traffic per day just by being turned on. I had a $1200 phone bill in 7 days with only one two minute phone-call. Two months, 12 emails and 7 international phone-calls later my bill was cleared. Vodafone told me there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. Not any more :-) Rant over///

Ihug appears to hell bent on providing the worst customer service possible via their telephone contact centre, in what one can only assume is a deliberate ploy to confuse and mislead their customers. After 6 calls over two weeks, with no help from incompetent Ihug staff I was informed that they were 'too busy' to sort out my problem, and that I 'should call back'. Are you kidding me?! Not only have they overcharged my account by $200, it seems as though they want to keep my money at all costs and by all means possible.

I went to Mcdonald's on K rd, on Thursday, ordered some burgers and they gave me the wrong ones. This always happens, they always forget my sweet and sour. I hate it!!!! Why should I always have to check my order. Arrr!!!!
