I fell down the stairs and twisted my foot. A week later my foot was still sore so I went to the doctors thinking I may have broken it. After x-rays, the doctors said it was just a sprain. 3 1/2 weeks later I get a call saying "we're really sorry, your foot is actually broken, you'll need to get a cast". I don't understand it

I used to love using this site, one click and I could get movie times. Then they upgraded, and it took me 10 minutes to dick about to find the session times. I emailed them explaining my frustrations. Their answer, emailing me back a detailed 15 page instruction manual on how to find movie times on the new website. hmm...

Webfarm couldn't restart my business server for 12 hours because their after hours technician couldn't find the server in their data centre. I'm thinking about sending them a permanent black marker so they can write my business name on the front of it for ease of recognition. Or maybe I should make them a little map with directions on it for next time?

While overseas in Brasil, I received two dodgy transactions on my credit card. Respsonsibly I alerted ANZ, and they confirmed they would cancel the card. 4 weeks later there's 4 more dodgy transactions on my NOT 'cancelled card'. 4 chasing ANZ phone-calls later, I was told that it would take up to 90 days to get money back, for money they lost by not cancelling my card when they said they would. I then proceeded to get a phone-call every 2 weeks for 6 weeks from ANZ fraud asking me if I was still in Brasil and did my card get stolen? I'd have to explain the whole story again, and they would promise to refund my money that day. 2 weeks later another phone-call. Is it just the fraud department at ANZ that writes their notes with invisible ink or is it standard company policy?
