Spent 5 mins at the counter while the 5 staff looked busy, girl come up and asks me if Im alright, no Hello, no How are you doing? no Can I help you? I get my order after waiting, they forget half of it so I have to ask for the other bits they've forgotten. Once I get home and eat it (it was satisfactory) I get a call asking me to pickup the pizza I ordered. Sort it out.

Signed up to broadband, they signed me without asking to automatic data purchases at 3gb for $5, get $80 extra on my bill. Wonder how things got so bad, realise my flatmate has downloaded movies waiting for the data rate to be capped, which never happened. They play dumb for months, finally kick up a storm and they credit my account. Sort it out Slingshot.

Great bank, TERRIBLE INSURANCE. They NEVER get anything right, they have been overcharging me for months, told me they would reimburse me the money have they? No. Are they helpful? No. They are owned by the same company that owns State Insurance and if you thought State was bad well ASB is something else.. AVOID.

I brought some deck chairs from the warehouse. being kitset I spent ages putting them together. First time someone sat on one of them it broke. I don't want to get a replacement as I think the quality is crap
