So it takes 1 hour for it to turn up and its the wrong pizza, another hour and its a cold replacement pizza, parked 100 mtrs up the road cos the retards cant find the house. No free pizza, no refund, nothing. Don't support Dominos

Harvey Norman & there 'extended warranty'30/04/2008

When you buy an apple, make sure your extended warranty is with apple, NOT harvey norman. Turns out after 3 years of owning a high end apple with a warranty I no longer have a computer. Extended warranty means jack shit your on your own anyway. no help from apple, no help from harvey norman, no one. just $3500 spent, no computer & a total cost of $6000 to find to get a new computer. I will never shop at Harvey norman again & if i had a choice, I would never buy Apple either.

It seems company policy to actively try to annoy callers to their call centre as much as possible. I called with a tech problem, explained to the tech operator what was wrong. Waited. Waited. Then finally got his response... "so?". so? SO? You're the freaking technical help desk - help me!! The operators name was Learron by the way :) I have complained about the service I received (on every phone call I've ever made to them) but apparently they don't actually deal with replies to the emails they send out asking how you found their service. I could've guessed.

Went to walk in at about 11:40pm. Was told they were closing. I explained their hours of business displayed on the front door stated they closed at 12. Was told to 'gefe'. Not happy.

So Mexicali was closed at 9pm so me and my mate ventured out to Hola Mexican in Parnell. The staff were friendly, the food came quickly and the nachos were fantastic. I'll definitely go back there again

yes, great Telecom, online bills are the way of the future. But not when: a) I didn't actually request the service b) I don't see a bill for 4 mths in my inbox anyway c) you cut off my phone. THEN when you 'fix' that, you send my paper bills to an address I NEVER lived at. And now you threaten me with Baycorp...
