I rang up to cancel their incredibly average service and since its 4 days into May I was informed iId be charged for the whole month ie nearly a hundy. Shitty service, sh@#ty customer service and sh@#ty policies - great work guys.

As a loyal customer of the last 2 years I was really disappointed to see the price of a special combo raised for the second time, I could deal with $5.50 but this is just out of hand. Sort it out guys

So Al&Pete's on Ponsonby Road is now under new ownership and called "Ninas" It is so s@#t. My potato fritter was pretty meh. My friend ordered a bacon burger and the bacon wasn't even seared... It was pretty much fried luncheon. You don't even know your prices which are actually on the buttons on your till... I was so embarrassed your real first name is the same as mine. Sigh. Now I have to go to New Market to get my Al & Pete's fix.

It sucks like a slap in the face with a wet towel on your way to work on a cold morning in May. It's ugly, confusing, has muppet navigation, crashes every 5 minutes and the damn things is brand spanking new. They also ripped off the coverflow concept from Apple, only that it's crap.

So we at The Vent decided to put a little advert on facebook. We spent 10 minutes filling in the form, and the next day we get an 'advert declined' message with a 5 line explanation stating the advert is declined because the first letter in the advert needed to be a capital letter. So instead of writing 5 lines, their admin could've just corrected the capital letter and problem solved? Instead we had to spend 10 more minutes re-typing and submiting the advert, only this time facebook crashes 3 times and we can't complete the transaction. Lovely!!
