Worst coffee ever. Asked for a soy latte and some angry, PMS indy b*st*ard in a plaid shirt made me a normal milk flat white (strong double shot, as opposed to a latte having a single shot). Worst $4 I've ever spent. Grow a smile, Verona baristas!!!!

Can customers stop complaining about every little thing and expecting credits far in excess of any trouble they were caused? Also when talking to Representatives on the phone stop behaving like teenagers - with your swearing and moaning. Also when asking for technical support, remember you are asking us for help, so do as we say and don't argue. PS. You are not an IT professional

My friend ordered vietnamese at the same time as I ordered mexican. He ordered and finished his meal in 20 while I was still waiting for mine to arrive. After me going to the counter to be told it was another 5 minutes away. I asked for a refund.
Overpriced mexican food, that takes over 25 minutes to prepare even when you're the only customer waiting. The food preparation is great, I'm not knocking that at all. But I don't generally go to a food court for ambience, good conversation and a fine wine. And what's with all the extra upsells on upsells?

When you pre-order a game expecting to be one of the first in the country to play it you dont really expect them to take your money and then not inform you that they will be renovating their store for the 2 weeks over the release date. You also expect them to call you when they have finished like they promised. 100 words is not enough to describe the crap I have gone through with them. I just want to say that LIQUID in Nelson is now my second home. The coffee and food is very good and the service is always friendly and welcoming. At night they operate as a very funky cocktail bar where I like to hang out with my friends. The service is above and beyond as we always have been well looked after. This place is a MUST GO! Check out their giant jugs of beer and the Fiji Baby cocktail!

Anz has kept my credit card balance which I paid via a summary installmetn order because the fees were killing me because the transactions I made on one particular day didnt go on for two weeks and then it was over its limit. The summary installment finished in july 2007. my account still has a balance of $2600. I have rung and you get put through to Aussie (ARRRGGG) they have no idea what a summary installement is. then they say fax all the info over and we will sort it. did this in february. and I still have a $2600 balnce on my credit card. which is paid and I dont use!!!! bloody useless.
