PB Technologies realize they are probably the biggest computer reseller in New Zealand and as a result they appear to structure their absolutely appalling 3rd world customer service to suit. I have a bad customer service story for every single one of the times that I have been in to their store. The most recent was today when I spent 25 minutes trying to get someone to help me with a simple question, (which would have resulted in the sale of $1300 worth of hardware) when I finally approached the front counter to ask for help the checkout lady told me to just walk around the store and find a sales person I walked around the store for another 34 MINITUES trying to get some help then finally walked out.

Why when I use the yellow pages website and I ask for a service in a specific city, it gives me the names of companies at least 700km from my desired location... Whats the point?

What are you Auckland wankers on about? Super City? There are like a gazillion cities with more people than the whole of New Zealand... and their pets! What 'super city'? And on top of that the numskulls talking about 'oh we'll be left out if there is a merge'? That's the bloody civil servants feeding you tripe so that you can pay them for nothing! Rather pay just one lot for nothing that having to replicate the nonsense! SUPER SHITTY is more like it!

has t be the absolute worse call centre ive ever had to call. their staff are rude, sound bored, come across as agro when you want to question something, they are snappy and most seem to want to pick an argument. we have had it with them, and have arranged to sign up with orcan, who do offer excellent customer service. ive tried to lay a complaint about one particular staff member at slingshot, but do you think any management there want to know? i work in a call centre and know what customer service is. boo to slingshot and your pathetic excuse of customer service, you have lost money by us taking our personal and business accounts to orcon

Got my daughter a $50 dollar voucher for Christmas, went in today and we were the only 2 in the shop. I was near the counter where 2 shop assistants were. My daughter was looking at the dresses( she's not a size 10 but should be allowed to be in there), i looked over at the girls and saw one of them write in big letters on paper "FAT", then they looked up and saw me looking and quickly put the note under the counter.My daughter left the store crying.

Why the hell can't you guys have a stripped down version of your websites that just give the damn film times? I don't want this huge mess of flash animation and rollover hotspots, I just want a simple list of film times. and while you're at it, can you have a till or 2 where customers can get tickets but no food, so i don't get stuck behind some woman buying popcorn for 10 kids when the film iIwant to see starts in 5 minutes?

I went to NZ Post on K Rd Auckland at 4:10pm. There was almost a line out the door. 2 staff on at the busiest time, then one of them takes some Kiwi Bank customers into a room to do some sort of consultation. WTF? You've got a line going out the door? Schedule your appointments for outside your busiest hours and get MORE staff on. You're making profit so start adding more value to your customers and offer decent fast service! I drove my car to Ponsonby NZ Post, completed my mail, came back and still saw the line I would've been standing in.

The owner of Modes in Newmarket in Auckland is an absolute b&^#h plus the shop is for old fogies with no taste. Who the heck wants to dress up in bright coloured matching dresses and jackets with massive hats.I think someone should go and bruise the owner -she thinks its ok to bruise people in her store - MODES in Newmarket IS A SHOP FOR WOMAN WITH NO TASTE. Don't waste your time or money! Overpriced cr%#. Think emperors coat story - the assistants will bulls^%# to you for a sale.
