So bad. Just so so bad. I can't even describe how bad IHUG's service is, in every way conceivable. Please search out all the posts on this site regarding IHUG and fill in the gaps. IHUG employees must sit around at their monday morning meetings and dream up ways to piss everyone off. I'm going elsewhere.

Car accident in February. Told by insolent phone based staffer that if Police found me not at fault insurance would be paid in full - incl. unpaid premium & excess. Police report arrives, I am not at fault. AA still refuses to pay out in full. I want to burn their HO down! Imbeciles! Now with State, pay a hell of a lot less for more benefits. Refuse any service from AA, whether it be insurance or road side service. Two fingers to you AA!

5B Lorne St, Auckland Central, 09 300 6381. Read excellent review in archived Viva. Dined last Friday night for the first time. Excellent service, fabulous surroundings, very clean facilities, delicious food, awesome prices and amazing cocktails. (Try the 'Phuket Princess) I'm going back again next week to have another roast duck in plum sauce - I'm trembling with wanting! ;)

These guys are fantastic. My partner's computer crashed on the weekend. She gave them a call (on a Sunday even) and with 15 minutes we get a call back from Atif (hope that's how it's spelled). He set up a time and came to our home yesterday and picked it up. We have used them before and I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys, you rock!!!
