It was a hang-over recovery Sunday afternoon in early March 2009. And after half an hour being put on hold and another fourty five minutes trying to solve what should've been an easy fix we were at our wits end. Again!

With all the modern technology around and the advancements in knowledge, why has customer service and consumer experience taken an about turn for the worst?

The Vent was created to help other kiwis like ourselves, let off some steam, get things off our chest while sharing their customer & consumer experiences. Helping prompt better customer service throughout New Zealand.
