Thanks Xero. So you provide a service that doesn't work, that I have to correct myself, then won't give me a credit for the time it's not working. Not the customer service I would expect from a solid New Zealand company.

Automated Bank feeds are provided at no additional charge to Xero customers, even though it does cost Xero money to source these feeds. Your credit card account feeds are provided through a 3rd party bank statement data gathering service called Yodlee. A small number of customers have experienced problems with these feeds and we're working hard with this provider to resolve these issues. While we appreciate that removing these incorrect statement lines is inconvenient, we are unable to provide a credit in these situations. Although bank feeds are a powerful feature they're not essential to using Xero as account statement data can still be manually uploaded where feeds aren't available or if they are not working reliably for you. In your case you may wish to de-activate the feeds for these credit card accounts and we will advise when we are confident we have resolved the issues you've experienced.

Somehow choosing to auto import my credit card statements has deleted all previous reconciled data and duplicated one accounts information into another. This is my accounting data guys, not some kids website. Financial information. You can't make mistakes. You just can't. Save your testing for the Sandbox!!!
