Having tried to reach the claims line at Tower Insurance several times well after the February quake, waited ages for a reply, given up twice then finally have a flustered but, with encouragement, persistent worker find the answer I needed, after 15/20 minutes, I question whether they are in any position to offer AMI customers a better deal should they ever take them over as they aspire to. How sound is Tower?
