Signed up to broadband, they signed me without asking to automatic data purchases at 3gb for $5, get $80 extra on my bill. Wonder how things got so bad, realise my flatmate has downloaded movies waiting for the data rate to be capped, which never happened. They play dumb for months, finally kick up a storm and they credit my account. Sort it out Slingshot.
