The motherboard on my laptop died far earlier than it should. PB refused to help at all because it was out of warranty, even though it was obviously covered by the consumer guarantees act. It seems they try to frustrate and confuse you so much that you just give up. Finally after 20+ emails and 1 month, they reluctantly to repair it, after I threatened to go to the disputes tribunal. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude and arrogance of their operations manager. STAY WELL CLEAR

When my computer didn't do what you specifically advertised that it would, I took it back only to be told that I should format my hard drive and hope for the best, nice. so i took it to one of your competitors who found it had faulty hardware and replaced it within a day. Thanks PB Tech, seriously, I appreciated your great advice. you guys should write a book or something.
