Ok. So Orcon configured my new broadband onto the wrong jackpoint. I gave up trying after 4 days trying to configure it. Then went away for 2 weeks. Come back and now they are trying to charge me for 2 weeks internet when it wasn't even connected and they put it on the wrong jackpoint. WTF... I thought you guys were cool. And this is my first month with you guys. Should I switch back to Vodafone?

Switched over to the new Orcon unbundled network and it is seriously awesome! Way better broadband speed, and way better price than any of the other big guys. The customer service was outstanding, and the change happened super smoothly.
