Have been isnured with these people for years. They used to be great. Now we are suffering for years because of the speed of their actions (a snail is faster) their lack of interest (in everything other than making sure they delay and delay ) and the awful workmanship of the people they emply to minimise costs. This is not what we are insured for. If others have had or aree having problems with this insurnace company, please could you contact me ? We are really struggling for a long time now. writing to the CEO didnt warrant a response, they are the worst company of all. One pays insurance so they are covered in an emergency, but this is not going to work with this company. Beware !
