By far you are up there as one of the best airlines in the world. I travelled to Europe recently and had a split flight. Auckland to Shanghai on Air New Zealand and Shanghai to Amsterdam on KLM. You could not even compare the level of professionalism and service from Air New Zealand to KLM. I felt proud to be a New Zealander after flying Air New Zealand as I feel it gives an impression of high levels of customer service and attention. A great ambassador for New Zealand. Keep up the great work
