When you pre-order a game expecting to be one of the first in the country to play it you dont really expect them to take your money and then not inform you that they will be renovating their store for the 2 weeks over the release date. You also expect them to call you when they have finished like they promised. 100 words is not enough to describe the crap I have gone through with them.
