If I call you, and then give you a lot of information so you can do something for me, and then you say after 10 minutes "i need to transfer you to someone else" , talk to that person on my behalf and sort it out. Don't make my life harder. Just make it happen

Can customers stop complaining about every little thing and expecting credits far in excess of any trouble they were caused? Also when talking to Representatives on the phone stop behaving like teenagers - with your swearing and moaning. Also when asking for technical support, remember you are asking us for help, so do as we say and don't argue. PS. You are not an IT professional
