You have made my business and myself look like idiots on more than one occasion because you consistenly stuff up. When you can't even get the basics right ie; deliever an item to the correct address, you're kinda failling at your core business service. Useless.

A package has been lost (read: stolen) and it was a super limited edition perfume that i'll never find again. After first trying to delver it and me not being home, then to find they would deliver it on saturday and it never turning up, then me arranging another delivery only to find a driver with sticky fingers has taken it. I'm now getting reimbursed for something i'll never find again. Absolutley annoyed - track and trace my arse. If only it woudl track to drivers homes
