I recently had this builder to do some work for. Initially he's quite nice to deal with. He asked for 50% deposit and did some work. I paid him by cash. A few days later he finished half the job and then disappeared. Tried to ring him 09 533 80XX to find out but he just refused to do more work and demanded to pay more before he would do it. Everyone be aware of this person with this phone 021 171 98XX.
