I bought a mobile phone from these people, The phone had an issue and I brought it back the following day. Firstly, they didn't even acknowledge me, they stood around talking while I waited at the counter. I told them the problems with my phone, they were very hostile saying it was my fault and if I have a problem see the manufacturer. They ganged up on me saying it is not their problem. If it was my fault, this is not the customer service I expect. Bond & Bond should be ashamed of this store in St Lukes

staff are muppets, ready to buy apple macbook pro when staff argues that photoshop is all that is needed for movie editing. Wont backdown even though I use photoshop daily. Took $5000+ to another store from the completely arrogant idiot. Morons
