Going to a library in the past was a pleasure . How it has become a NOISY "dumping ground" for the kids. Playgrounds/ creches and social catchups SHOULD NOT be the domain of the library. The staff are sooo PC and ineffective and dont take any notice or heed of disruptive children or their equally obnoxious parents. No wonder people dont have any respect for the rights of others.
