For the last 24 hours it has been impossible to use AMEX Membership points to buy a ticket via Webjet. Webjet repeatedly says it is broken and I should try again later. At AMEX I get transferred to numbers that are never answered. Both sites still advertise the service, and neither site reports that the service is unavailable. If I end up having to buy the tickets with real money I sure as hell will not use my AMEX to do it.
