Thanks for the reminder in the mail that I was due for a service, though I don't feel the need to have my car serviced every six months, once a year is fine. It was okay when you then rang me at home to remind me again, more annoying when you rang me again, and downright irritating to receive a third phonecall a couple of days later. But I lost it when you started sending me text message reminders. CAN I HAVE JUST A LITTLE PRIVACY PLEASE? One reminder is great. Five reminders through three methods is goddamn aggravating. I suppose I should count myself lucky you don't have my email.

AA Insurance

Car accident in February. Told by insolent phone based staffer that if Police found me not at fault insurance would be paid in full - incl. unpaid premium & excess. Police report arrives, I am not at fault. AA still refuses to pay out in full. I want to burn their HO down! Imbeciles! Now with State, pay a hell of a lot less for more benefits. Refuse any service from AA, whether it be insurance or road side service. Two fingers to you AA!
