You used to be cool but I think you've hit the too big for your boots strategy. Used to have super friendly staff, now you feel like you are almost inconveniencing them when you come in an order food. Having gotten home twice now to figure out I was over-charged, third time I checked my bill instore and sure enough I was overcharged again. The sushi attendent then seemed to pretend to look baffled as to how this could have happened? You're off my lunch circuit Bonzai
