name gets it right. Had absolutely sub standard service from these guys when i brought my laptop on to be repaired at the dick smith shop in sylvia park. The dillweed "assistant manager" Alan insisted on finding any out clause he could so the store wouldnt have to repair their faulty merchandise (my laptop was a year old, gently used, was on the blitz, i had paid for a five year warranty, had all the paperwork with me). The guy insisted we would have to pay for someone to look at it. I paid for an independent service instead.
