Ihug appears to hell bent on providing the worst customer service possible via their telephone contact centre, in what one can only assume is a deliberate ploy to confuse and mislead their customers. After 6 calls over two weeks, with no help from incompetent Ihug staff I was informed that they were 'too busy' to sort out my problem, and that I 'should call back'. Are you kidding me?! Not only have they overcharged my account by $200, it seems as though they want to keep my money at all costs and by all means possible.
