I had organsied Mr whippy to come to my daughters birthday party. Her and her 26 little friends were all thrilled at the prospect of Mr Whippy turning up in the driveway. After having to chase up Mr Whippy for a confirmation which already made me question their customer service skills, i was both angry and upset when Mr Whippy did not turn up on the day, did not call to say why, and didn't respond to any of the numerous messages that i left on both the head office phone, and the francisees mobile. The kids were incredibly upset.
