So why is it that when my contract expires and I should be on a better plan that will save me over 100. I have to ring up and ask why my bill is so high to be told that there is another plan that's cheaper that I should be on. Then I get told that Vodafone have a 'lot of customers and the responsibility is on me as their customer to regularly check their plans and for me to change them'. And to be told that not everyone wants to automatically be changed to an identical plan or a plan that offers more value for less cost. No, who would want to change to a cheaper better plan?? Customer service at it's finest Vodafone. Well done! You've created another unhappy customer who will jump ship at the first site of a new cellular network in NZ.
