Just received my first Vodafone mobile phone bill that uses the new layout. There are some improvements to the content but the layout, fonts, style (etc) are, I think, truly awful. Clearly designed by someone with no creative talent whatsoever. That a large part of the first page is reserved for Vodafone advertisements, with the billing information squashed to the side, speaks volumes about Vodafone's attitude to its customers.
