Ok. So Orcon configured my new broadband onto the wrong jackpoint. I gave up trying after 4 days trying to configure it. Then went away for 2 weeks. Come back and now they are trying to charge me for 2 weeks internet when it wasn't even connected and they put it on the wrong jackpoint. WTF... I thought you guys were cool. And this is my first month with you guys. Should I switch back to Vodafone?
