Oh Hai Mercury...sure Ill change to you for $50 credit and cheaper power. Next week...charged for reading my meter... cocked it up and charged me same as last months whole bill for 13 days..."sorry we'll sort that out right away and send you a bill including your credit" 6 weeks later still waiting for a bill and have currently been on hold for so long (34 min) even the hold music has given up! DO YOU WANT MY MONEY OR NOT??? Im going back to Contact...as soon as I can get hold of someone to change me over...
