It seems company policy to actively try to annoy callers to their call centre as much as possible. I called with a tech problem, explained to the tech operator what was wrong. Waited. Waited. Then finally got his response... "so?". so? SO? You're the freaking technical help desk - help me!! The operators name was Learron by the way :) I have complained about the service I received (on every phone call I've ever made to them) but apparently they don't actually deal with replies to the emails they send out asking how you found their service. I could've guessed.
