Slip Inn Restaurant
Fabulous Restaurant :) On the water at the Havelock Marina, delicious coffee. We went there for a nice breakfast and was very impressed. Great service, great food. Try the poached eggs with smoked salmon. Beautiful art work to look at too! MJ

SOME OF THE CRAP THAT NZ SALE HAS PULLED ON ME!! 1. Clothing purchased arrived smelling like old rags. 2. Sent me the wrong size. 3. Substituted an item without asking me first. 4. Advertise stock that they cannot get. 5. Bad overall service!
Crown Relocations have no clue what good customer service is. Can't do simple things right or keep to any form of promise. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
Sky tv customer service is a shocker. Despite assuarances this am they are unable to get a repair man out until 31/12/12. Therefore 3 days without tv. This isnt the first time they have had bad customer service, they regulaly keep you holding on the line for ages. Pity they dont schedule enough staff to cope with demand and the bigger pity is that they have no competitors for Sport etc!

Extremely poor customer service from supervisor / manager on drive thru. Instead of correcting an order at the window the supervisor asks me to drive around back through the drive thru so the correction can be made at the window I just paid at. Worst is the crew member who served me was standing right next to her at the window, she I was willing to take the money to correct the order and she isn't even in charge!!! Arrogant supervisor could careless!!!!!

TelstraClear - was mislead buy a sales guy who probably was clueless enough that he didn't even know he was lying to me. No one explained to me that there were two digital receivers - one vastly inferior to another. Guess which one I got. This technology is at least a decade old. You must be shitting me. This was a downgrade... plus the cable internet speed is not all it's cracked up to be. I want to put everything back how it was.

Soul Hairdresser - I brought one of those package's off Grab one for $99 toget a cut, colour, treatment blow dry and straighten....Sound's like a bargin right! Let's just say I left the store with colour all over my face and neck and a crappy hair cut. They coloured my hair the wrong colour, instead of a choclate brown it was a black / red. Now I dont no about you but iv never seen choclate that colour! Now if that was my only problem I would of just not of returned to SOUL, but the next day my head blistered and my skin started to peel off along with a few clumps of hair that feel out. My hair is harf way down my back so that kind of thing is hard to hide!! When I rung SOUL Salon and asked to speak to the owner, she insisted it was my fault that the stylist's coloured my hair the wrong colour and I was allergic to the dye(which im not). Iv since had my hair fixed up and coloured without as much as a tingel on my scalp....All I wanted was for them to say sorry maybe even a complermentry bottle of Shampoo, Not sombody laugh down the phone at me and tell me it was a chemical peel for my head. Very unproffessional SOUL Salon in Palmerston north, Shame on you!!
pulled into the drive thru, after waiting for 10mins with no response, i drove upto the window thinking the speaker box was broken, waiting at the window, getting stared at by the staff like i was a goldfish in an aquarium, no one botherd to open the window and serve me. then they started emptying the chicken out of the trays, i checked the hours of business on the window and they still had 15mins to closing time. all 3 of the staff members could see me at the window. then i noticed they were filling up boxes of chicken to take home, so basically they didnt want to serve me because it meant they would of had less chicken to take home for themselves. i recommend by-passing matata kfc. its hard to resist, i know, but the staff obviously dont get paid enough to buy groceries and are eating all the food they prepare. and it was crap service (not that i was served at all)
Dominos pioneer hiway palmerston north, some how stuffed up an online order, and still charged me for a pizza they left out of my order. never offerd to correct the order, or give a refund.
savemart palmerston north is ridiculous. waaaaaaaay over priced, worn out and dirty, stained clothing. the shop is run down, and signage is faded, giving the illusion of a cheap op-shop, then they have the nerve to put $16 price tags on 2nd hand warehouse tshirts. lol the salvation army down the road is tidy, their clothes are clean, and theyre cheap.

Horrendous customer service at VTNZ. Went in for a license upgrade. Cramped filthy waiting area. After waiting 90mins, sole desk person (aged maybe 75?) informed me my ID was outdatedF Fair enough but she was so dismissive and downright nasty over it. VTNZ are NOTHING like what they portray on their ads. I was so angry I ripped up the form. Off to AA now.

Ordered $3.00 double scoop ice cream at Pohara General Store(Golden Bay)- boss saw girl doing second scoop and told her in front of everyone "That's enough"-so she only put on half a scoop instead of a whole one- it was the meanest ice cream we have ever purchased.The guy was just mean spirited and tight-plus fancy talking to his staff like that in front of customers- I mean how much was that extra half scoop going to cost him? 10cents? It's the principle. We never went back there the whole time we stayed.
I never seem to get tomato sauce in my bag at the drive through. sometimes they forget the paper towel and even the straw.

the service is rubbish ,walked around for 15 min looking for something, staff talking to each other staff not really interested. in time a staff member asked if i was ok and told me the item I was looking for was in indoor /out door , no directions no indication where it was. So asked another staff and she took me to it, the service has not improved with the move still; rubbish. They should all go for a shop at bunnings and learn something
NZSale - order supposed to take 14-21 days deliver. 36 days later get email say it can't be supplied (but have charged my credit card 35days ago!). This after me finding contact details online, not on their own site, and them telling me my order was all on its way. So dishonest. Buyer beware!!!
