Oh Hai Mercury...sure Ill change to you for $50 credit and cheaper power. Next week...charged for reading my meter... cocked it up and charged me same as last months whole bill for 13 days..."sorry we'll sort that out right away and send you a bill including your credit" 6 weeks later still waiting for a bill and have currently been on hold for so long (34 min) even the hold music has given up! DO YOU WANT MY MONEY OR NOT??? Im going back to Contact...as soon as I can get hold of someone to change me over...

Work and Income think they can save money by cutting benefits, I think they could save money by not being so retarded and having weird, redundant, complicated systems and making you que three times and sit down and wait twice, for a piece of paper you requested which will not eventuate anyway.

Take care - great write up in book on Pie Carts but found to be horribly over priced anda rip-off. One small (even owner commented) peice of deep fried cod cost $10 to sit and eat. $5 colesaw was limp and obvously very old. Suggest South Seas Hotel as far better option.

Stop giving me those HUGE books year after year, I never open them and they are completely pointless now that we have the internet. Sure, in a power cut I might look up Mercury Energy in there so I can ask them what is going on, but that would be about the only time. Also your yellow chocolate campaign was dumb, what a waste of resources!

Called to scare me away from Powershop, likening it to playing the stockmarket. Offered me $75 to NOT switch over to them. (So if you're with them you should sign up to switch to powershop, even if you weren't planning to, just to make $75). Called me Mrs. Mypartnersname, assuming I was married, talked to me like I am a stupid little girl and can't possibly do my own research and safely choose my own power company.

I had organsied Mr whippy to come to my daughters birthday party. Her and her 26 little friends were all thrilled at the prospect of Mr Whippy turning up in the driveway. After having to chase up Mr Whippy for a confirmation which already made me question their customer service skills, i was both angry and upset when Mr Whippy did not turn up on the day, did not call to say why, and didn't respond to any of the numerous messages that i left on both the head office phone, and the francisees mobile. The kids were incredibly upset.

Gave away my amazing expensive boots after 7 days (I came to collect them on the 8th). I tried to get them back but they wouldnt tell me where they went. I emailled them but got no answer. I suspect they sold them at one of their other stores. Very unhappy!

Just ordered a pizza through the online ordering system as I have been over a year. In the delivery instructions I have always put where to find my flat and that I pay by Eftpos. Tonight I ordered same as I always do and the driver didn't bring and eftpos unit. Unlike previous driver's he would not leave the pizza unless I have him my eftpos card which I refused to do. Angree, I called the store manager only to have him argue back at me. He now has two undelivered pizza's and a very upset customer eating pizza hutt.
